摘要

With the breakthrough development of next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as deep learning, multimodal technology and large language models, the field of AI has shown an unprecedented development momentum. AI is rapidly changing the economy, society and daily life, and it provides an important driving force for industrial upgrading, social governance and greater convenience of life. However, accompanying this development process are multidimensional risks concerning information security, social equity, employment structure, resource consumption, geopolitical conflict and the digital divide. In response to the risks derived from next-generation AI technologies, it is necessary to continuously advance the building of algorithmic transparency, improve the legal and ethical framework, strengthen social security capacity, promote green technological innovation and deepen international cooperation, so as to realize the sustainable development of next-generation AI on the basis of ensuring its safe and equitable development and to let the world share the dividends of AI development.
