Research on the Talent Cultivation of Vocational Undergraduate Education under the Background of Municipal Industry-Education Consortium

Abstract

With the vigorous development and continuous advancement of China’s manufacturing industry, the demand for high-caliber technicians and skilled workers has been increasing. This paper proposes talent cultivation strategies for vocational undergraduate education under the background of the municipal industry-education consortium. These strategies include aligning with enterprise talent demands, constructing a “3+1+X” talent cultivation model, and establishing curriculum systems. Furthermore, the paper explores the framework and operational mechanisms of vocational undergraduate talent cultivation within this context, aiming to provide effective pathways for cultivating high-caliber technicians and skilled workers.
