Research on the Construction of Labor Education Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

As a crucial carrier in the cultivation of composite talents, higher vocational colleges are currently confronted with several challenges in labor education, including narrow curriculum objectives, fragmented curriculum system construction, deviations in curriculum implementation, and one-dimensional curriculum evaluation. To fully leverage the educational role of labor and promote students’ all-around development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, this paper proposes strategies including constructing a modular curriculum system, leveraging the functions of the second and third classrooms, and establishing a comprehensive and multi-dimensional evaluation system. These strategies aim to facilitate the systematic construction of labor education and foster high-caliber technical and skilled talents.
